With over 30 years of combined business expertise, CRH has integrated capabilities and contacts that allow us to capitalize on attractive real estate opportunities in various parts of the United States. The firm oversees all renovations, construction, accounting and property management services with most of those duties being handled directly through our in house team of professionals.


Our Executive Team

Victor Grillo Jr.

Principal

Victor Grillo Jr. is co-founder and principal of Cricket Realty Holdings. Victor is a Boston based entrepreneur and the national leader in direct response marketing. Victor has built and sold six businesses worth over $500 million. His companies have conducted over $4 billion in sales and have created over 30 national brands. In addition to being a principal in CRH, Victor also serves as Chairman of Citizens Disability, LLC; CEO of Cricket Holdings, LLC; Owner of Weston Shooters Club, LLC; and board member of Mercury Media; all of which are firms he founded.

In relation to his various businesses Victor has been featured in Forbes, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, New York Post, Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, and has appeared on Bloomberg Television and Fox Business News.

Victor’s vast experience in business plays a substantial role in the growth and investments of CRH. Victor is a graduate of Bentley University, as well as a guest lecturer at Babson College.

Matthew C. Donaghey

Principal

Matthew C. Donaghey is co-founder and Managing Director of Cricket Realty Holdings, LLC. Matthew’s successful track record in commercial real estate includes complex transactional experience with regards to acquisitions, development, dispositions, and leasing at both the local and national levels. His extensive experience also includes finance and capital sourcing, with an overall investment volume in excess of $1 billion.

Prior to co-founding CRH, Matthew held senior positions with Cummings Properties where he was intricately involved in their landmark TradeCenter 128 Development. Prior to that Matthew was with the corporate real estate division of Fidelity Investments where he executed on their national acquisition strategy of opening offices in various areas of the United States.

In addition to being a founder of CRH, Matthew also is an owner of Weston Shooters Club, LLC and a principal within Cricket Holdings, LLC. Matthew holds memberships in several real estate organizations including REFA and NAIOP. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the James L. McKeown Boys & Girls Club of Woburn. Matthew is a graduate of Northeastern University and also a Marine Corps veteran.
